Job Summary:
The Secretary to the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The Secretary will manage the CEO's schedule, communications, and administrative tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic responsibilities.

Experience: 8-10 years

**Salary**: Upto 40k

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling documents, and recording minutes.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings with necessary materials and briefings.
- **Communication Management**:

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Ensure travel plans align with the CEO’s schedule and preferences.
- **Document Management**:

- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion.
- **Office Management**:

- Ensure the executive office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Perform personal tasks and errands for the CEO as required.
- Handle any ad-hoc requests or tasks assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹112,446.39 per month
