**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and timely dispatch.

**2. Digital Marketing & Sales Growth**:

- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking on e-commerce platforms.
- Manage PPC campaigns, sponsored ads, and social media promotions.
- Work on affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.

**3. Customer Service & Engagement**:

- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage product reviews and ratings to enhance brand reputation.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.

**4. Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
