Performance Marketing Professional

We seek a highly skilled Performance Marketing professional to drive measurable results across various paid campaigns and platforms.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaign strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, etc.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience running successful paid campaigns, managing substantial budgets, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage digital marketing operations ensuring optimal ROI
  • Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement
  • Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content
  • Work closely with brand and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands
  • Budget Expertise: Proven experience handling large annual budgets
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-Commerce Marketplace Platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling
  • Creative Input: Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for creative collaboration
