Our organization seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist

  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our online marketing efforts.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, with experience in SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
  • They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online growth and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement targeted strategies to capture relevant traffic.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata for SEO best practices.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as site speed, crawl errors, and indexing.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other white-hat techniques.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Track, measure, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement marketing strategies.
  • Prepare monthly SEO performance reports for clients and management.
  • Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1–2 years) in Digital Marketing and SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Good understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS basics).
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
