**E-Commerce Operations**:
- Manage product listings on the online store (pricing, specs, photos, descriptions).
- Coordinate with procurement and presales teams for accurate product uploads and stock availability.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and orders via the website or social channels.
- Ensure timely updates on promotions, banners, and category changes.
- Coordinate with UAE operations team for delivery timelines and client coordination.
**Social Media Management**:
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & X (Twitter).
- Design basic creatives, stories, and reels aligned with product marketing.
- Track analytics and grow followers, engagement, and lead generation via social media.
- Run ad campaigns under guidance or via external freelancers.
**Content & Campaign Support**:
- Write catchy product content, ad copies, and social captions.
- Support in preparing promotional calendars and campaigns aligned with UAE marketing goals.
- Coordinate with design and video editing freelancers where needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:
