E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team in person. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and proven experience in handling Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Write clear, attractive, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and orders on different marketplaces.
• Coordinate with marketplaces for promotions, deals, and issue resolution.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports using MS Excel and other tools.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
• Collaborate with the team for smooth online operations.
• (Optional but preferred) Create and edit product images/banners using graphic design tools.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon/Flipkart, etc.).
• Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and online order handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing/SEO is a plus.
• Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
