The ideal candidate will lead the upgrade from NOP Commerce 4.5 to 4.7, manage complex integrations (Amazon, payments, GA4, CRM/ERP), and architect a scalable Saa S-ready platform.This role requires strong technical depth, leadership skills, and experience driving enterprise-grade e Commerce transformations in. NET Core environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Leadership & UpgradesLead the upgrade from NOP Commerce 4.5 → 4.7 ensuring backward compatibility.Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with future Saa S adoption.Custom DevelopmentDesign and develop custom plugins, themes, and extensions (payments, shipping, reporting, accounting).Enhance platform functionality and ensure smooth upgrade paths for all custom components.Integration & ArchitectureDrive API integrations with Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Seller Central, CRMs, ERPs, and payment gateways (Pay Pal, Stripe, Authorize.net).Implement GA4, logistics/shipping automation, and CRM workflows.Manage code refactoring, performance optimization, and SQL tuning.Dev Ops & PerformanceBuild CI/CD pipelines with Azure Dev Ops; integrate Sonar Qube for code quality.Manage Azure Cloud infrastructure, Redis caching, and load testing.Ensure secure coding and performance best practices for high-traffic e Commerce systems.Team LeadershipMentor developers, enforce clean coding standards, and ensure adherence to architecture principles.Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders for timely project delivery.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise8+ years of IT experience, with 6+ years in NOP Commerce e Commerce development.Advanced proficiency in C#,. NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, Java Script/j Query.Hands-on with custom plugin & theme development, import/export modules, and core extensions.IntegrationsStrong experience integrating CRMs, ERPs, and payment gateways.Experience in Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads APIs.Understanding of accounting plugins and invoicing workflows.Cloud & Dev OpsSkilled in Azure SQL, Redis, caching, and cloud optimization.Familiar with Azure Dev Ops CI/CD and Sonar Qube setup.Preferred / Good to HaveExposure to multi-tenant Saa S implementations and microservices architecture.Familiarity with Python → C# API migrations.Experience in load testing and e Commerce scaling.
