**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across various e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics such as sales, returns, and reviews.
- Optimize product visibility through keyword research and SEO strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock management, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals on online marketplaces.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback to enhance brand reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **2-3 years** of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management, preferably in FMCG.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
