We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to scale online sales, manage paid campaigns, oversee social media growth, and lead our creative team to execute high-performing marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Retargeting campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in scaling online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms).
  • Proficiency in social media management and campaign strategy.
  • Leadership skills to manage a creative team and align them with marketing goals.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive traffic and sales.
  • Develop strategies to scale e-commerce websites, focusing on conversions, ROAS, and overall growth.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content and campaigns.
  • Work closely with and manage the creative team (designers, video editors, content writers) to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
