We are looking for a passionate and practical
Digital Marketing Trainer
to train students in real-world digital marketing. The tutor will conduct classes, workshops, and live project sessions on
Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Content Strategy
, ensuring students gain both conceptual clarity and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom Training

  • Deliver interactive sessions on:
  • Digital Marketing Fundamentals
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Meta Ads (Lead Generation, Brand Awareness, Retargeting)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
  • Social Media Management & Content Planning
  • Break down concepts into simple, real-world examples suited for Kerala's market context.
  • Conduct Q&A sessions, revision classes, and mini-project evaluations.

2. Practical Implementation

  • Guide students in creating and managing
    live ad campaigns
    .
  • Supervise
    project-based learning
    using client case studies from Addox Digital.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide structured feedback.

3. Class Operations

  • Maintain attendance and performance records.
  • Coordinate with the academic team for batch schedules, assignments, and reports.
  • Assist in developing course materials, presentation slides, and video tutorials.

4. Student Mentorship

  • Provide career guidance and portfolio feedback.
  • Help students build their first campaign reports, resumes, and case studies.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media content planning and ad analytics.

Skills:

  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Google Analytics, and basic SEO tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Malayalam (teaching bilingual is an advantage).

Bonus:
Previous teaching, mentorship, or agency experience.
