Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing e-commerce platforms preferably in shopify, optimizing product listings, executing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing sales performance to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. E-commerce Platform Management:

- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and timely dispatch.
- Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking on e-commerce platforms.
- Manage PPC campaigns, sponsored ads, and social media promotions.
- Work on affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
- Customer Service & Engagement:
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage product reviews and ratings to enhance brand reputation.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor analysis.
