
CRM & Process Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Manage **client onboarding**, including documentation and data collection.
- Prepare and send **proposals** to clients and follow up for acceptance.
- Ensure **timely follow-ups** for queries, approvals, and payments.
- Schedule **client meetings** and coordinate logistics.
- Handle **meeting coordination** - prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
**Process Coordination & Workflow Management**:
- Operate and maintain the **ERP system** for task management.
- Create and assign **tasks** to relevant team members.
- Monitor **task progress and workflow** to ensure efficiency.
- Communicate with clients regarding **process deadlines and deliverables**.
**Operations & Finance Support**:
- Assist in the **preparation of payroll** for office employees.
- Generate and raise **invoices** for services provided.
- Follow up on **outstanding payments** to ensure timely collection.
- Manage **office expenses and financial documentation**.
- Oversee **office supplies and equipment**, ensuring a well-maintained workspace.
**Confidentiality & Discretion**:
- Handle **sensitive financial and client information** with the utmost confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with **firm policies on data privacy and professional ethics**.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification** in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in CRM, process coordination, or financial operations.
- Familiarity with **ERP systems** and task management tools.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Excellent **communication and client-handling abilities**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting tools**.
