**Job Summary**:
She coordinator all the steps in a flowchart to get work done in a specific timeline. Her main tasks is to provide all the relevant information with everyone in the workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter new leads and customer data into the CRM; keep existing records up to date
- Perform regular data quality checks (remove duplicates, verify accuracy)
- Coordinate with the Sales team to schedule timely follow-ups for leads and customers
- Provide first-level responses to customer queries or escalate to relevant departments
- Collect and log customer feedback in the CRM
- Document end-to-end processes for Sales, Marketing, and Support teams
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Prepare and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and user guides
- Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports (e.g., lead conversion rates, response-time metrics, pipeline status)
- Present actionable insights to senior management via dashboards
- Work with IT/Tech teams on CRM customizations and integrations (e.g., ERP, WhatsApp API)
- Segment CRM data and build mailing lists for marketing campaigns
- Coordinate daily operations and assist in streamlining processes.
- Follow up with different teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain documentation and update internal systems.
- Schedule meetings and prepare reports.
- A pleasant personality with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative, polite attitude.
- She should be careful about all the details in flowchart and thorough in comleting work tasks.

**Requirements**:

- She should be staying a maximum of 45 minutes from the office.
- She should have a sense of responsibility.
- Non-technical.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in a coordination or admin role is preferred.
