We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **CRM Executive** to join our real estate team. The role involves managing post-sales customer engagement, coordinating with banks for home loan processing, and ensuring timely communication to customers regarding payments and project updates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Home Loan Coordination**:

- Liaise with multiple banks and financial institutions to facilitate home loan approvals for customers.
- Assist customers in completing documentation for loan processing.
- Follow up with banks for sanction letters, disbursements, and queries.
- Maintain records of bank approvals and disbursal statuses.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Send timely payment reminders, demand letters, and milestone-based intimation to customers.
- Handle customer queries related to payment schedules, receipts, and loan documentation.
- Keep customers informed about construction progress, possession timelines, and other key updates.
- **CRM System Management**:

- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Track payment status, bank disbursements, and due dates.
- Generate reports on outstanding payments, loan disbursals, and customer touchpoints.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure proper documentation is collected and archived for every customer.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for agreement processing and registration support.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth post-sales operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
