**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.
- Monitor and manage customer lifecycle journeys (e.g., onboarding, follow-ups, feedback).
- Support the sales and marketing team in executing targeted campaigns using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on customer trends, satisfaction levels, and engagement metrics.
- Assist in implementing CRM strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, service) to ensure customer-centric service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
- Train new users or team members on CRM software and procedures when required.
- Keep up with CRM software updates and optimize usage for better outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a CRM, customer service, or sales support role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
