**Key Responsibilities:Sales Support**:

- **Order Processing**: Handle order entry, tracking, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- **Customer Communication**: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Sales Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.

**Administrative Duties**:

- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and sales activities.
- **Reporting**: Generate and distribute sales performance reports, forecasts, and other analytical data to assist in decision-making.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain sales records, contracts, and correspondence.

**Client & Team Support**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including coordinating initial meetings and providing necessary documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Support the sales team with logístical needs, including travel arrangements and event coordination.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and relay client feedback to the sales team to help improve services and products.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the industry or product/service being sold.
- **Additional Skills**: Experience with sales analytics tools and techniques.
