**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by managing sales leads, preparing quotations, and providing customer support through timely responses to inquiries.
- **Order Management**: Process customer orders, ensuring accurate details are entered into the system and the orders are communicated effectively to the production and logistics teams.
- **Customer Coordination**: Liaise with customers to provide updates on order status, delivery schedules, and resolve any post-order issues or concerns.
- **Stock Coordination**: Monitor inventory levels and work with the production team to ensure product availability, coordinating with customers on any backorders or stock-outs.
- **Sales Reporting**: Assist in preparing regular sales reports, tracking sales performance, and providing data to the sales manager to support decision-making.
- **Sales Documentation**: Ensure all sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes, is processed accurately and on time.
- **Market Analysis**: Help track competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends to support sales strategies and improve the customer experience.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**: Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, offering after-sales support to foster long-term business partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in the pipe manufacturing industry is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and inventory systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
