1. **Lead Generation and Client Acquisition**
- Identify and approach potential clients needing transport, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and update CRM tools regularly.

2. **Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and feedback sessions.
- Act as a bridge between clients and operations to ensure service satisfaction.

3. **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**
- Research industry trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitors’ services, rates, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Share actionable insights with management for strategy updates.

4. **Brand Promotion and Advertising**
- Promote the company's transport, 3PL, and warehousing services through digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media pages, LinkedIn profiles, and run basic ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Assist in preparing brochures, flyers, and company profiles.

5. **Service Presentation and Proposals**
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance) to customize solutions for clients.
- Prepare rate quotations for transport, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and distribution.

6. **Contract Negotiation and Closure**
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements with clients.
- Finalize deals with necessary documentation and approvals from management.
- Handover signed contracts to the operations and finance teams for implementation.

7. **Campaign Management**
- Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns (e.g., festive delivery promotions, warehouse offers).
- Organize webinars, roadshows, or client engagement events.

8. **Coordination with Internal Teams**
- Work closely with operations for service planning, costing, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing terms and credit approvals for clients.

9. **Reporting and Performance Tracking**
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements.
- Track KPIs like lead conversion rate, client retention rate, revenue targets, etc.

10. **Customer Service Support**
- Support post-sale service by ensuring client satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Gather client feedback and escalate any service issues to relevant departments.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and transport processes.
- CRM tools knowledge (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
