**Job Description for Tele Marketing Executive (Electrical)**
The Tele Marketing Executive must be an organized multitasked able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Also have to be handle team with reach to the monthly targets. **Telemarketer** to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
**Objectives of this Role**
- Support the tele marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites
- Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
**Telemarketer responsibilities include**:
Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
