
Process Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Process Management:
- Develop, document, and maintain internal processes and workflows.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
2) Project Coordination:
- Track and report project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
3) Process s Metric Setting:
- Collaborate with departments to define processes and performance metrics.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
4) Workflow Organization:
- Design and manage structured workflows to optimize task execution.
- Ensure that each department adheres to defined process structures.
5) Monitoring s Verification:
- Verify task completion and quality of execution across departments.
- Identify delays or issues and follow up for timely resolution.
6) Reporting s Documentation:
- Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of project activities and status.
7) Follow-Up s Support:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with teams for updates and issue resolution.
- Provide administrative and coordination support as required.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum **2 year of experience** in a similar role (project coordination, process management, or administrative support).
**Skills Required**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
