**Job Title**: Process Coordinator

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Owner in day-to-day operations.
- Track and record the status, timelines, and deliverables of all ongoing orders.
- Coordinate with the in-house team leader to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with the team to manage processes and ensure adherence to organizational procedures.
- Create periodic work status reports.
- Liaise with members at all business levels to manage projects within the company.
- Update customer queries, record customer support details, and ensure timely coordination.
- Maintain vendor details, lead details, repeat order details, and other trackers in the system.

**Qualifications**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
