Key Responsibilities:
Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the job requirements and the company's culture.

Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, involving both HR and relevant department representatives.

Assist in conducting panel interviews or assessments to assess technical and behavioral competencies.
Ensure a fair and unbiased selection process that adheres to equal employment opportunity guidelines.

Generate regular reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Employer Branding and Networking**:Actively participate in employer branding efforts to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand the organization's talent pool.

**Market Research and Trends**:Stay informed about current recruitment trends, best practices, and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
Analyze competitors' hiring strategies to stay competitive in attracting top talent.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and HR team members to understand staffing needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
