**Position**: Field Sales Executive
**Location**: Eastern India (REQUIRED TO TRAVEL 20 TO 22 DAYS IN A MONTH

**Travel**: Extensive travel within Eastern India

We are a leading supplier of high-quality raw materials for the food industry, specializing in serving ice cream manufacturers, ice cream parlours, ice cream distributors, and food chemical dealers. With a strong commitment to providing top-notch products and excellent customer service, we are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and expand our market presence in Eastern India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential clients within the ice cream manufacturing, parlour, distribution, and food chemical dealer sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Present our range of raw materials to clients, highlighting the benefits and value they bring to their products.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern India.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
