**Job Summary**: The Field Representative at Nature's Pure will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of RO water purifiers. This role requires an outgoing and persuasive individual who enjoys interacting with people in various settings. The representative will set up and manage kiosks in different locations, such as malls, markets, and community events, to demonstrate the benefits of our products and engage potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Demonstration**: Set up kiosks at designated locations and demonstrate the features and benefits of Nature's Pure RO water purifiers to potential customers.
- **Customer Engagement**: Actively engage with passersby to generate interest in the product, answer questions, and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- **Sales**: Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable products.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and kiosk activities to the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- **Attitude**: Positive, energetic, and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work on weekends and travel to various locations as needed.
