**Job Title**: Door-to-Door Sales Representative

**Location**: Northeast India (specify the state or region if necessary)

**Job Summary**:
The Door-to-Door Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Product directly to consumers in the Northeast region of India. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the local culture and market dynamics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Promotion**:
Travel door-to-door in assigned territories to introduce and sell Products.
Conduct demonstrations and presentations of the product/service as needed.
Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

**Market Understanding**:
Understand the unique needs and preferences of customers in Northeast India.
Gather feedback from customers and report back to the management for product/service improvement.

**Customer Relationship**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries.

**Reporting**:
Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
Report daily activities and sales results to the supervisor.

**Compliance and Ethical Conduct**:
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Represent the company in an ethical and professional manner at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or sales training is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door sales.
- Familiarity with the culture and local languages of Northeast India.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Physical stamina and mobility to travel extensively within the region.
- Basic math and reporting skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role involves extensive travel within the Northeast region of India.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
