**We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and smart Female Field Sales Representative to join our team.**

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in designated territories.

This is not a door-to-door sales. We provide top-notch Paying Guest accommodation, and you have to visit schools and colleges to gather potential contacts who are looking for or would be interested in availing of PG accommodations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Territory management: Take ownership of designated territory and develop a comprehensive sales plan to maximize sales opportunities. Identify potential customers, prioritize leads, and allocate time and resources effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Customer acquisition and retention: Actively prospect and acquire new customers through various channels. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Product knowledge and presentation: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Sales negotiation and closing: Use strong sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers. Understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and successfully secure sales agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
- Sales reporting and analysis: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress toward targets. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve sales performance and optimize territory management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
- Smart and pleasant personality.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to travel within the designated territory as required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
