**Field Sales Representative - Water RO Industry**
- Location: Sonarpur, Kolkata - 700150_
- Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate Joiners Preferred_

We are a **leading Indian manufacturer** and project consultant for:

- RO Water Plants & Packaged Drinking Water Plants
- ETP, STP, and Wastewater Treatment Systems
- Iron & Arsenic Removal Solutions
- Solar-Powered Water Projects

Serving clients across **Pan India**, we deliver turnkey industrial solutions in the water and solar sectors.

**Position: Field Sales Representative**

**Vacancies**: 5-6

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to identify and connect with potential customers
- Promote and explain company products such as **RO systems and wastewater plants**:

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Assist the marketing team with market feedback and competitor insights
- Submit accurate **daily visit reports** to the Marketing Manager
- Attend local trade shows, client meetings, or installation demos
- Achieve **weekly and monthly sales targets**

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and **sales negotiation skills**:

- Basic understanding of **mobile apps**, CRM, or field sales tools
- Must have a **two-wheeler** and a **valid driving license**:

- Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field across assigned areas
- Basic product knowledge of **RO or water treatment** is a plus

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **12th pass** (Graduation preferred)
- 1-2 years of **field sales or outdoor marketing experience**

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Pay**: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000/month (based on experience)
