**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic **Talent Acquisition Intern** to join our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in HR and talent acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT roles
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Support employer branding initiatives

**Requirements**:
**MBA (HR) final-year students or fresh graduates** preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus

Internship Details:

- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Shenoy Nagar, Chennai.
- Stipend: its **unpaid**for the Initial months. However, based on your performance, may be given later. Additionally, you will be entitled to all Talent Acquisition Incentives & Business Development Incentives in all the Three Months.
- Based on your performance, you will moved to **Fulltime Employee.**

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
