**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Posting**: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and career websites.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Assist with maintaining recruitment metrics and preparing reports on hiring progress.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled or graduated in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for recruiting purposes is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the talent acquisition field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience or Fresher anyone can apply.
- Knowledge of basic recruitment techniques or human resources principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
