We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic **Talent Acquisition Executive** to join our growing team in **Chennai**. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet the organization’s hiring needs. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop a recruitment strategy to fulfill open positions.
- **Reporting & Metrics**: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and report on recruitment activities to HR leadership.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- **Sourcing Knowledge**: Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
- **Knowledge of Recruitment Platforms**: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team environment.
