Position : Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience : 3-4 Years

Location : Taramani

Role : Off Role

Preferred : Female Only

Educational qualification : Bachelors of Engineering's & Master of Administrations

Notice Period : Immediate

Salary : 3.5 -4 LPA

Preferable Industry : R&D, Technical Factory industry

1)Responsible for scheduling, coordinating interviews including travel

3)Maintains documentation (Interview feedbacks, assessment) throughout the interview process (e-file and hardcopy) Communicate the decision of hiring (by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications select, reject and hold)

4)Execute sourcing strategies and talent acquisition strategies

5)Proactively recruit through creation of strong pipeline

**Skills Required**:
1) Well versed in using recruitment tools ie : Naukri, LinkedIn and other job boards

2) Vendor management and able to liason with external recruitment partner appropriately

3)Influencing Skills

5) Relevant experience in technical recruitment

6)Education qualification Should be Bachelors of Engineering & Master of administrations
