**ABOUT ROLE**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate individual who can join our Talent Acquisition internship program conducted by our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Coordinate with HR team and Hiring manager to understand the selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Pursuing graduation or graduated Any degree.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and Written.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Self-Motivated, Disciplined and Passionate

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
