Job description ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in recruitment efforts. This role offers hands -on experience in both traditional and strategic sourcing, coordinating interviews, and handling the hiring process. It is an excellent opportunity to develop key HR skills, collaborate with hiring managers, and gain practical insights into recruitment strategies. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.Screen candidate profiles to assess suitability for the role and conduct initial interviews to evaluate experience and fit.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panel members.Take ownership of closing open positions within defined timelines.Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Assist in executing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.Ensure timely follow -ups to provide a smooth and engaging candidate experience.Contribute to brainstorming sessions for continuous improvement in hiring processes. RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Enthusiastic and energetic in approach to work.Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.Detail -oriented and organized, with a problem -solving attitude.Ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment.Eager to learn and grow in the field of Talent Acquisition. Benefits Internship Compensation:The compensation for the first 3 months shall be INR 5000 per month. Based on the performance, it shall be increased to INR 8,000 for the final 3 months. Post Internship:Post Successful completion of the internship program, based on the performance, the candidate shall be absorbed into the organization as a permanent employee at Industry Standards.
