As an Office Receptionist cum Tele Caller in Aimah Tours Private Limited, your role is vital in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Here are some key tasks you would be responsible for:
1. Welcoming Visitors: Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a friendly and professional demeanour. Make them feel comfortable and attend to their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person.
2. Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls, answer general inquiries about Umrah packages, and provide information about the company's services. Be polite, patient, and knowledgeable in addressing callers' concerns.
3. Managing Appointments: Schedule appointments for clients interested in discussing Umrah packages. Keep the calendar organized and inform relevant staff members of upcoming appointments.
4. Customer Assistance: Assist clients in choosing the right Umrah package based on their preferences, budget, and travel dates. Provide detailed information about the itinerary, accommodation, visa processing, and other essential aspects.
5. Follow-up Calls: Make follow-up calls to potential clients to address any additional questions they may have and encourage them to book their Umrah journey with the company.
6. Data Entry: Maintain a database of clients, leads, and their requirements for future reference and follow-ups. Ensure that all customer details and interactions are accurately recorded.
7. Office Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations. Assist with administrative tasks, including coordinating with suppliers and managing office supplies.
9. Customer Feedback: Request and record customer feedback to assess the company's services and identify areas for improvement.
10. Resolving Issues: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly, providing satisfactory solutions to maintain a positive customer experience.
11. Sales Support: Support the sales team by generating leads, providing necessary information, and assisting in closing sales deals.
12. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and offerings in the Umrah travel industry to provide the most up-to-date information to clients.
13. Maintaining Office Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
14. Assisting with Events: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, seminars, or workshops related to Umrah travel.
