Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the company, its services, and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages and maintain records.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

Telecalling Responsibilities:

- Make outgoing calls to potential and existing clients, customers, or partners as per the assigned list.
- Conduct market research to gather information about potential leads or prospects.
- Follow-up with existing clients to build and maintain good relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complaints to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or consultations as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of calls and maintain a call log.

Administrative Support:

- Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with other departments to relay messages or facilitate communication.
- Manage office supplies and order new stock when necessary.

Communication and Professionalism:

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure proper etiquette and courteous behavior during all interactions, whether in person or over the phone.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
