Telecaller Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services/products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and report progress to the supervisor.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally.
**Receptionist Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Handle appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
**Experience**: Prior experience as a telecaller or receptionist is an advantage.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Required Languages].
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
