Receptionist and telecaller

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Receptionist cum Telecaller who can efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing calls, manage patient appointments, and convert leads into confirmed consultations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Convert telephonic and online leads into walk-in patients.
- Follow up on pending or missed appointments and reschedule when necessary.
- Greet patients at the front desk, maintain visitor records, and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Manage appointment bookings and coordinate schedules with doctors and technicians.
- Maintain and update lead and patient databases regularly.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management and performance tracking.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, billing follow-ups, and support clinic operations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream) with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/reception (preferably healthcare or wellness industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong sales and persuasion skills to convert leads into patients.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, and call tracking systems (training can be provided).
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle pressure calmly.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience and performance)
