Job Summary:

The Receptionist cum Front Desk & Student Counselor will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling telephonic and walk-in inquiries, providing basic counseling and course information, and supporting the admissions and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and admission procedures.
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Handle mail, courier, and general administrative tasks.

Student Counseling (Walk-in & Telephonic):

  • Provide initial counseling to prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career options.
  • Follow up with walk-in and telephonic inquiries to convert leads into admissions.
  • Explain institute policies, academic programs, and facilities clearly and positively.
  • Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team for follow-ups and enrollments.

Administrative & Coordination Support:

  • Maintain student inquiry and admission databases.
  • Assist in scheduling counseling sessions, orientations, and academic meetings.
  • Support marketing and admission campaigns (tele-calling, event coordination, etc.).
  • Ensure the reception area and counseling desk are neat and presentable

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office, counseling, or student services.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,814.53 per month
