About the Role

We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, and presentable
Front Desk Executive
to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle front-office operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, provide accurate information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle visitor entries, registrations, and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
  • Manage courier dispatch/receiving and basic administrative tasks.
  • Assist with customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in front desk or customer service (preferred, not mandatory).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will manage daily administrative and receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls with professional etiquette, and delivering high-quality customer service. Other key responsibilities include ensuring smooth front desk operations and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and build rapport with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing inquiries and maintaining professionalism during interactions
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and maintain clear, concise interactions
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain an organized work environment
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in computer systems and relevant administrative tools is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
