About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, and presentable
Front Desk Executive
to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle front-office operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, provide accurate information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Handle visitor entries, registrations, and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Manage courier dispatch/receiving and basic administrative tasks.
- Assist with customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in front desk or customer service (preferred, not mandatory).

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will manage daily administrative and receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls with professional etiquette, and delivering high-quality customer service. Other key responsibilities include ensuring smooth front desk operations and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and build rapport with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing inquiries and maintaining professionalism during interactions
- Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and maintain clear, concise interactions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain an organized work environment
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is advantageous
- Proficiency in computer systems and relevant administrative tools is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
