**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients for loan products.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow the loan portfolio.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loan agreements to close sales effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on loan products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Educate clients on various loan products, including terms, rates, and eligibility requirements.
- **Reporting and Administration**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting, compliance) to ensure smooth loan processing and approval.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the loans or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in mortgage, personal loans, or commercial loans.
- Established network within the financial industry.
- Knowledge of local market and customer demographics.
