**Restaurant Captain**

**Shift Basis**
- Greet customers, take orders, and ensure food is served on time
- Manage food, beverage, and supply inventory
- Train and supervise servers, bussers, and other restaurant staff
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest requests are handled promptly
- Oversee restaurant operations, including buffet set up and breakdown
- Manage costs, including tracking revenue, expenses, and billing
- Recommend food and beverage service standards, and plan menus
- Ensure the food and beverage service area is clean

Skills required Excellent communication skills, Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, Knowledge of the restaurant's menu and offerings, Observational skills, and Team management skills.
