Job Title: Trade Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development: o Identify and acquire new customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation techniques. o Appoint distributors in new potential areas to expand market reach.
2. Sales Management: o Plan, develop, and execute various sales activities to achieve company objectives. o Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
3. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. o Ensure customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded, offering excellent customer service.
4. Market Analysis and Research: o Research competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies. o Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of closed sales deals and generate regular sales reports. o Provide timely and accurate updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management.
6. Collaboration: o Coordinate with internal teams and departments to streamline planning, execution, and processes. o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
7. Problem-Solving and Communication: o Address and resolve sales-related issues promptly. o Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a trade sales role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Awareness of market trends and competitor analysis. Key Competencies:
