**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Coordination**:

- Assist in developing sales strategies and executing plans to achieve export sales targets.
- Coordinate and follow up on export orders, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with export regulations.
- Prepare and update sales reports, track customer inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate with international customers and distributors to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring accurate contact information and sales history.
- **Marketing Coordination**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at international markets, including digital marketing, events, and trade shows.
- Coordinate marketing materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, and promotional content tailored to export markets.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- **Export Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all export documentation, such as invoices, shipping documents, and customs paperwork, is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in managing the logistics of shipping and freight for international orders, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international customers, agents, and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Event Management**:

- Assist with organizing and attending international trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for international sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or export coordination, preferably in an international or export-focused company.
- Knowledge of export processes, international shipping, and compliance with global trade regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of international market trends and competitor analysis.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage international customer relationships.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
