**Introduction**:
The Sales Executive with a focus on HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) segment plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within the hospitality sector. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders in the HORECA industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the HORECA market segment and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel managers, restaurant owners, and catering companies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Present product offerings, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the HORECA sector.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of HORECA operations, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
