We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field sales executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B sales opportunities and actively pursue new business leads.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and introduce new FMCG products that meet the needs of Horeca clients.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to showcase FMCG products and negotiate contracts with Horeca clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities in the B2B FMCG sector.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Field sales executive
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the field sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
