This role is a part of the Alliances team in the Cards Business managing partner relationships and usage campaigns. The core responsibility is to plan & execute usage campaigns to drive incremental spends on credit cards.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Manage critical relationships with partners across categories - Ecom, Retail, Mobile, Electronics, Travel & Entertainment etc.
Build engagement with key clients (partners) to drive higher adoption of Citi cards on partner channels.
Acquire new Partners across key and relevant categories for executing usage campaigns to drive card spends
Execute and communicate offers to customers in the most effective, relevant and efficient way.
Curate and execute organic campaigns to drive card spends.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
Maintain relationships with key partners across categories and explore new partnerships.
Design and execute usage campaigns to drive card spends
Plan and execute marketing communication activity - ATL and BTL communication to promote usage campaigns (offers)
Design innovative ways to increase the brand visibility.
Constantly innovate and ideate to better the programs and ensure that the program is best-in-class and a cut above the competition.

**Key Deliverables**:
1. Relationship management with key partners
2. Design & execute usage campaigns and effectively communicate offers
3. Grow issuing spends on Credit cards

**Education**:
MBA from a reputed Institute

**Experience**:
5-6 years of relevant experience.

**SKills**:
Should possess excellent communication skills.
Must have good negotiation skills
Should be innovative and should take new initiatives to closure by liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to think out of box and come up with creative and innovative solutions.
Should be passionate about driving and expanding business.
