Managing Customer Reversal from branches/corporate RMs- Forex Card-Pan India . Raising reversal request to senior management in standard format . Managing escalations from nodal/rbi/pno . Ironing out issues on reversal with branches/corporate rm . Working with Marketing for business promotion collaterals . Patnership and Alliances . Campaign management . Working with unica and BIU on campaign execution . CRM . Social media and business promotional projects Key Responsibilities . Support the Partnership and alliance manager in running the campaigns and onboarding new vendors . - Responsible for the vendor payouts . - Responsible for tracking and operational aspects of reversals Qualifications . Work ex- 6-10 Years Role Proficiencies: . Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language . Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines .
