Affluent Business offers a gamut of different product offerings tailor-made to its customers with seamless touch-points AbouttheRole The Customer Service Team is responsible for execution of FOREX transactions for the portfolio corporates. The Customer Service Team has to handle client's queries pertaining to their FOREX card and provide resolution within TAT to ensure best quality services are provided to corporate clients and transactions are executed smoothly. They are also responsible for raising invoices to corporates for the transactions and ensure payments are received from corporates on time Key Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of currency and Forex card to employees of Mapped portfolio corporates and for restricting Currency / TC sale to Corporate client below 5% of the overall business volume. Responsible for submission of invoices to corporate for the Forex transactions executed on timely basis. Monitor the overdue positionof the corporate and to ensure DPD not exceeding 20 days. Monitoroutstanding currency payments to vendor and to clear the same on weekly basis. Responsible for the issuance/ collection of No Dues Certificate from Ownership Corporate on Quarterly basis. Ensure Seamless and 100% adherence to Audit. Responsible for handling Corporate Client's query related to their Forex card and their travel and for ensuring nil customer complaints. Responsible for timely clearance of Nostro credit and INR payment received from corporates, outstanding in SL account(within Seven Days). Ensure reconciliation ofpending Invoices with Finacle balances and Prepaid Card System balances. Qualifications Graduation/Post Gradation from recognized university 2-3 years experience in forex transactions in banks and other institutions Role Proficiencies: Knowledge of FEMA Guidelines Forex Product knowledge Good Communication Resourcefulness Operational Efficiency Attention to Detail Ability to multitask
