**Job Title**: U.S. Immigration Paralegal

**Company**: Viable Outsource Solution
**Location**: H-163, block h, sector 63, Noida.
**Shift Timing**: 9 PM to 6 AM (night shift)
**Experience**: 1 year to 2 years of experience in U.S. and Canada Immigration law
**Joining**: Immediate joiner or within one week
**Language**: Excellent English communication.
**Salary**: In the range of 30k to 45k (depending on the experience and skills)

**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file **H-1B and H-1B extension petitions**, including forms **G-28, I-129, I-129H, 129-W, I-907, and ETA-9035**.
- Assist with **VAWA petitions**, including forms **G-1145, G-28, I-360, and N-400**.
- Review client documentation to ensure compliance with **USCIS regulations**.
- Conduct legal research related to immigration policies and case laws.
- Liaise with attorneys and clients to gather necessary case information.
- Maintain accurate case records and track deadlines.
- Provide support in **Canadian immigration matters** as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** in **U.S. immigration law** with a focus on H-1B, extensions, and VAWA cases.
- **Proficiency in preparing** USCIS and DOL forms listed above.
- **Knowledge of Canadian immigration law** is a plus.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**.
