**Experience**: 1+ year in U.S Immigration (Naturalization process)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft legal briefs, demand letters, complaints, and assist with medical records requests.
- Complete and review immigration forms in compliance with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations.
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws, precedents, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Communicate with clients and legal teams to gather necessary information for case filings.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including gathering supporting documentation and preparing case strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of cases, correspondence, legal documents, and communications.
- Support clients through the immigration process, ensuring their cases are handled with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing demand letters and complaints related to immigration cases.
- Conduct legal research to support case filings, compliance, and client needs.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in U.S. immigration law, particularly in naturalization and adjustment of status.
- Strong familiarity with Washington, D.C. immigration policies, USCIS procedures, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing, with a focus on immigration cases or personal injury cases.
- Experience in preparing personal injury petitions, legal briefs, demand letters, complaints, and affidavits.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, immigration case management software, and legal databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) setup.
- Knowledge of additional U.S. immigration processes and visa categories.
- Experience in preparing medical records requests as part of the immigration process.
- Prior experience in client interaction, case coordination, and the preparation of immigration-related legal documents.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
